Georgia studying Medicaid expansion options

Georgia Governor Nathan Deal says the state can’t afford to expand its Medicaid Program.
Officials want to open the program up to $650,000 more residents.
Deal says the program is already strained and can’t handle the increase.
However, he says his administration is studying ways other states are expanding, in case an alternative emerges.
