Police accuse Sean Patrick Sterling and Shawnna Leigh Huntley, both 35, of duct taping their 14 and 18-year-old sons to chairs and locking them in their bedrooms between late December and March 7 in Powder Springs.
They were arrested March 8 and Huntley is also charged with false imprisonment.
The Marietta Daily Journal reports Sterling was released from the Cobb County Jail on $75,000 bond Saturday and Huntley is being held on $25,000 bond.
Huntley's attorney Kevin Rodgers says he plans to defend his client vigorously and would not comment further on the case.
It was unclear Thursday if Sterling had a lawyer.
