Fulton County police are investigating a double shooting that left one man dead.
Two men were arguing over a woman early Saturday at a Travel Inn.
She said one man pulled a gun and fatally shot the other in the chest. Another man was shot in the leg.
WSB-TV reports that a suspect has been arrested.
Authorities did not immediately release the name of the suspect or the slain man..
