BUFORD, Ga. (AP) -- Crew members have ended the search until the next morning for 13-year-old Griffin Prince, who disappeared in Lake Lanier after a fishing boat rammed a pontoon boat.
DNR Law Enforcement spokeswoman Elizabeth Starkey tells The Atlanta Journal-Constitution that the search for Griffin's body will resume Thursday morning near Buford Dam and Lake Lanier Islands.
Griffin's brother, 9-year-old Jake Prince, died at the scene of the Monday night collision, which injured three other passengers on the vessel.
A 44-year-old boater, Paul J. Bennett of Cumming, is accused of boating under the influence. He was arrested hours after the crash at Bald Ridge Marina. A home number for Bennett couldn't be located, and it wasn't known whether he has an attorney.
The boats collided between Lake Lanier Islands and Buford Dam, about 40 miles from Atlanta.
