A suspicious neighbor's intuition leads to a Florida couple facing child abuse and neglect charges.
That neighbor saw a ten-year-old girl in the street barefoot and hardly clothed.
They girl told detectives her parents made her run 30 laps a day without water.
Plus stand on one leg for hours and sleep on the floor.
Besides that, investigators found her infant brother's crib inside a closet.
They arrested the parents, 33-year-old William Frederick and 31-year-old Suzanne Frederick on Tuesday.
Police say the girl had set a fire inside the family's apartment and ran out as a cry for help.
The parents put the fire out, but did not report it to authorities.
The girl and her brother are in the custody of the department of children and families.
A roommate was also arrested and charged with lying to police about what was going on in the apartment.
