DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. (AP) -- Daytona Beach police are investigating after the body of a naked man was found on the roof of an auditorium.
The body was found Saturday afternoon on the roof of the Peabody Auditorium. Police say the unidentified man may have been struck on the head.
The Daytona Beach News-Journal reports the National Symphony Orchestra of Cuba was expected to give a concert there Saturday night. Police say the concert will go on as planned.
Police Chief Mike Chitwood says a maintenance worker inside the auditorium saw debris on the stage, then noticed a hole in the ceiling near a vent and called police. The worker went on the roof and found the body.
