Anne Frank's first cousin is set to speak in Atlanta about a new book about his famous family.
Buddy Elias and his wife Gertrude will be at the Marcus Jewish Community Center on Monday to discuss "Anne Frank's Family." The book recounts letters, drawings and other documents between the Frank family members that were found in a trunk in a relative's attic in 2001.
Anne Frank became famous for a diary she kept while her family went into hiding from the Nazis in Amsterdam when she was 13. The Jewish teenager died in the Bergen-Belsen concentration camp in March 1945.
