CANTON TOWNSHIP, Mich. (AP) - A suburban Detroit company is
recalling some of its frozen meat and poultry pasta products.
The U.S. Department of Agriculture says the items from Mucci's
Food Products Inc. are adulterated and misbranded because they were
prepared without federal inspection.
The company reports NO illnesses or side effects.
The recalled products were produced from May 1, 2008 through
April 24, 2009 and carry the establishment number "19177" or
"P-19177" inside the USDA mark of inspection located at the
bottom of the box.
The products were distributed to restaurants in Georgia,
Florida, California, Illinois, Michigan, Missouri and Ohio.
