JONESBORO, Ga. (AP) - Edmund Wall, a MARTA board member and
former Clayton County financial adviser, has pleaded not guilty to
a charge of public indecency stemming from an accusation he had sex
in a men's room at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International
Wall, who was chairman of the MARTA board when he was arrested
in March 2007, waived arraignment in Clayton County State Court and
entered the not guilty plea on Tuesday.
His attorney, Steven Sadow, says he has questioned the charge
and asked prosecutors to provide more information. Wall's next
court date is April 28.
Michael Reid Pettry, who was arrested with Wall, pleaded no
contest last month and was sentenced to 12 months of probation, a
$500 fine and 64 hours of community service, according to court
