SAN JUAN, Puerto Rico (AP) - a judge in Puerto Rico has ruled
that authorities presented enough evidence against a man suspected
of raping and killing a tourist from Georgia for the case to go to
trial.

Police submitted 58 pictures of evidence against Eliezer Marquez
Navedo.

He faces murder, kidnapping and sexual battery charges in the slaying of Sara Kuszak last month.

Kuszak, who lived in Savannah, was jogging along a rural road
when police say Marquez abducted her, stuffed her in the trunk of a
car, raped her and slashed her throat.

Police say he confessed to killing her after they arrested him with bloodstains on his shirt and pants.

Kuszak was about five months pregnant.

She was was visiting the U.S. Caribbean territory with her fiance, Cheshire McIntosh, and other friends.

The couple had planned to marry in March.
