2nd teen accused of kidnapping captured in Monroe

ATLANTA (AP) - Police say the second of two teens accused of
kidnapping an adult counselor at a youth development center has
been captured in Monroe.

Authorities say 17-year-old Zvia Moon was arrested in Walton
County early Tuesday.

The other, a 16-year-old, was captured about 3 p.m. Tuesday by Athens-Clark County police.

His name was not released because of his age.

Police say the two kidnapped 50-year-old counselor James Green
and took his car.

Fulton County police spokeswoman Melissa Parker says Green was
found at a hospital 60 miles from the group home.

She says he had been pushed from his vehicle while it was moving on a highway near Monroe and underwent surgery for non-life threatening injuries.
