Michael Vick's home to be auction on March 10

ATLANTA (AP) - Former Atlanta Falcon Michael Vick's eight-bedroom, 20,000-square-foot mansion in Gwinnett County northeast of Atlanta will go to auction on March 10.

The auction is part of the settlement of Vick's bankruptcy case.

The minimum bid will be $3.2 million and bidding will be in $25,000 increments until a bid of $3.3 million is reached. Bids then will be done in $10,000 increments.

Vick is serving a 23-month sentence in at the federal penitentiary in Leavenworth, Kan., after pleading guilty to bankrolling a dogfighting operation at a home he owned in eastern Virginia's Surry County.

He is scheduled to be released to home confinement in May.
