MACON, Ga. (AP) - Bibb County prosecutors are seeking the death
penalty against two people accused of setting a fire that killed
two young boys.

Anthony Braswell is accused of pouring gasoline from a plastic sports drink bottle July 14 onto the porch of a house whose occupants had been involved earlier in a neighborhood fight.

The 36-year-old Brasell and 34-year-old Shauntrice Murry, who
allegedly accompanied him, are both charged with felony murder and
arson in the deaths of 2-year-old Hezekiah Harris and 4-year-old
Tydarious Harris.

Braswell and Murry were indicted by a Bibb County grand jury in
November. A third person, 27-year-old Latoshia Yvette Wyche, also
was arrested on arson and murder charges but has not been indicted.
