ATLANTA (AP) - A federal grand jury in Atlanta has indicted four men on robbery and firearms charges after a joint investigation into gang violence by federal agents and local police in Henry County.
Authorities say 19-year-old Christopher Leaphart of Hampton, 20-year-olds Ryan Davis-Fields and William Melvin Carter II of Stockbridge, and 19-year-old Nicholas Lashae Williams of Forsyth are charged with robbery and using a firearm during commission of a crime.
The charges follow investigations into three robberies by the U.S. Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives and Henry County Police, operating under the Criminal Apprehension Gang
