Gainesville, Ga. (AP)- A Gainesville man has been convicted of
receiving and possession of child pornography.
According to prosecutors, 37 year old Marvin D. Bridges faces five to
thirty years in prison after authorities found thousands of images on his
computer hard drive showing children being sexually exploited.
Both federal and local authorities, searched Bridge’s home back in
September of last year after receiving information from agents in
Washington who were investigating a global on-line purveyor of child
Bridges will be sentenced on Dec. 19 by U.S District Judge William C.
