Hurricane Earl Could Threaten East Coast

Hurricane Earl is slowly churning away in the Caribbean.

The storm’s center passed just north of the British Virgin Islands Monday, causing flooding, power outages and property damage.

Forecasters say Earl could threaten parts of the East Coast later this week.
