NEW YORK (AP) - Cotton futures No. 2 closed 80 cents higher to
$8.40 a bale lower Monday.
The average price for strict low middling 1 & 1-16 inch spot
cotton advanced 5 points to 72.06 cents a pound Monday for the
seven markets, according to the Market News Branch, Memphis USDA.
