Agriculture futures mostly drop on Chicago BOT
CHICAGO (AP) - Agriculture futures were mostly lower early Monday on the Chicago Board of Trade.
Wheat for December delivery slipped 1.75 cents to $5.46 a bushel; December corn shed 4.75 cents to $3.93 a bushel; and November soybeans slid 4.5 cents to $10.015 a bushel. December oats gained 0.75 cent to $2.51 a bushel.
In other trading, livestock futures were mixed on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.
December live cattle slid 0.43 cent to 86.97 cents a pound; November feeder cattle dropped 0.12 cent to 95.35 cents a pound; December lean hogs edged up 0.03 cent to 53.05 cents a pound; and February pork bellies traded 2.53 cents higher to 88.50 cents a
