Press Release August 13, 2010
Corn harvest is winding down on some farms and some have a ways to go. Some corn is dry (15.5% moisture) and some still has to be dried. A good many acres of soybeans were drilled in behind the corn and here’s Todd Ray of Triangle Chemical, scouting some of these young beans.
We found lots of Fall Armyworms , many young hatchouts. They are bad this week in all crops, I even had 2 calls about them eating up lawn grass.
