Cotton Closes Low

NEW YORK (AP) - Cotton futures No. 2 closed $1.15 a bale lower to $2.60 higher Monday.

The average price for strict low middling 1 & 1-16 inch spot
cotton declined 17 points to 80.69 cents a pound Monday for the seven markets, according to the Market News Branch, Memphis USDA.
