Hundreds of girls from the Wiregrass and tri-state area attended a seminar to combat self-image issues.
"Wiregrass Girls Rock" is a self-esteem program for middle and high school girls.
The speaker for the first ever conference was actress Erika Alexander, who played "Maxine" on living single and "Pam" on the Cosby Show.
Over six-hundred people registered to attend this conference.
