University of Florida Law Student Indicted on Murder Charges

A University of Florida law school graduate has been indicted on first-degree murder charges in the strangulation death of his girlfriend.
Jason Bohn (bohn) was held without bail Monday after pleading not guilty to murder and strangulation. Prosecutors say he purposefully tortured and strangled the victim.
Danielle Thomas, a native of Danville, Ky. was found dead June 26 in the apartment she had rented with Bohn.
Prosecutors say Bohn told police that he had gotten angry and threw her against a wall.
Bohn's lawyer Todd Greenberg says that he doesn't believe there are facts to back up a charge of premeditated murder. He says his client has been suffering from "extreme emotional disturbances."
