Circuit Judge Michael Overstreet sentenced two men Monday to prison in separate cases after they entered pleas to molestation charges.
Anthony James Marshal Bennett, 20, of Youngstown, pleaded no contest to two counts of lewd and lascivious molestation and one count of lewd or lascivious exhibition.
Assistant State Attorney Rob Sale told Overstreet that Bennett had molested two girls, age 7 and 9-years-old, then masturbated in front of them, between Jan. 4 and Jan. 6.
Overstreet sentenced Bennett to 15 years in prison followed by 10 years of sexual predator probation.
William Joseph Lamont, 27, of Southport, pleaded no contest to one count of lewd or lascivious molestation. Assistant State Attorney Barbie Beasley told Overstreet that Lamont had molested a 6-year-old girl in April or May 2012.
Overstreet sentenced Lamont to six years in prison followed by 15 years of sex offender probation.
