Denton Boulevard, south of Racetrack Road in Fort Walton Beach, is closed for approximately four weeks, while a utility bore is constructed beneath Racetrack Road.
Racetrack Road WILL NOT be impacted. Northbound traffic on Denton, (south of Racetrack), will be detoured at Bob Sikes Road to multiple streets that also meet Racetrack.
Local access will be available up to the closure for all addresses south of Racetrack Road, but no through traffic will be permitted.
Drivers are asked please plan accordingly, using marked detours to avoid unnecessary u-turns and additional delays.
