Public’s Help Needed in Missing Persons Case that is Over a Decade Old

The Walton County Sheriff’s Office is actively working with the Opp Police Department, Covington County District Attorney’s Office and the FBI on the whereabouts of Kemberly Ramer.

Ramer was last seen on Aug. 15,1997 at 10 p.m. at her father’s home in Opp, Al. Her mother currently lives in the local area.

At the time of Ramer’s disappearance there were no signs of a struggle and all of her personal belongings were intact. Her family believes that she did not walk away voluntarily but that she was abducted by someone known to her.

Ramer was born on May, 18, 1980. She is five-feet and four-inches tall, weighs 130-pounds and is a white female with brown hair, brown eyes.
