The Florida Supreme Court will decide if a constitutional amendment legalizing medical marijuana should be voted on.
State Attorney General Pam Bondi along with state House Speaker, Will Weatherford, and Senate President, Don Gaetz, want the issue kept off the ballot.
Bondi says the amendment's wording is misleading.
Supporters are gathering petitions.
So far more than 136,000 signatures have been verified.
More than 683,000 are needed to put the issue before voters.
