ORLANDO, Fla. (AP) -- An attorney says he will take Casey Anthony's deposition as part of a defamation lawsuit his client has filed against the Florida woman acquitted two years ago of her daughter's slaying.
Matt Morgan said Thursday that the questioning is set for October.
Anthony's attorney Charles Greene was out of state and didn't immediately return a phone call.
Zenaida Fernandez-Gonzalez claims she was defamed when Anthony told detectives that a baby sitter named Zenaida Fernandez-Gonzalez had kidnapped her 2-year-old daughter Caylee. The detectives were investigating the girl's 2008 disappearance.
Her body was found later and Casey Anthony was charged.
Anthony's attorney has said that details Anthony offered about the accused baby sitter did not match Fernandez-Gonzalez and clearly showed Anthony wasn't talking about her.
