A hit and run accident in Panama City leaves one man in serious condition and another arrested.
Jimmy Christo was turning left on Thomas drive and Quarts Street when his Toyota camera drove into the path of a motorcycle.
The front of the motorcycle collided with the right side of the Camry.
The motorcycle rider went over the hood of the vehicle before landing on the roadway.
After the collision, the Camry, driven by Christo, left the scene.
The car was found on hill top drive a short time later.
Christo was arrested and charged with leaving the scene as well as drug possession.
Additional charges are pending, but investigators say alcohol was involved.
The motorcycle driver is in serious condition at the bay county medical center.
