Florida's Legislative Session Kicks Off Tomorrow

Florida's Legislative Session kicks off tomorrow.

Governor Rick Scott will start the session by asking lawmakers to approve his tax-cut package.

He'll also ask them to keep tuition rates low and repeal laws allowing universities to raise tuition above rates set by legislators.

Scott's state of the state speech will press for more than $500 million in tax and fee cuts.

Florida Lawmakers are expected to cover everything from guns to gambling this year.
