KISSIMMEE, Fla. (AP) -- A central Florida man has been charged with attempted murder after a woman says he drove up next to her while she was walking and tried to shoot her.
The victim said she was walking along the highway with her boyfriend and young son when 20-year-old Malcolm Jamaal Robins pulled up next to them and allegedly pulled out a handgun.
Osceola County deputies said the three had been in a fight before that.
It's unclear what they were fighting about. Deputies found Robins at his mother's house.
Robins also had a felony warrant out for his arrest for a previous burglary.
He was charged Friday with attempted murder and booked into Osceola County Jail.
