JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (AP) -- A woman and her three grandchildren -- ages 10 months, 2 and 4 -- are dead following a fire at a Jacksonville mobile home.

The fire tore through a double-wide trailer late Tuesday afternoon. Jacksonville Fire Rescue officials say the woman and one child died at the scene. Family members say two other children died a short time later at the hospital.

Jacksonville television stations report that a 13-year-old riding by on a bicycle rescued a 6-year-old girl from the fire.

Officials say the parents of the children are in jail, and they had been staying with their grandparents.

Investigators are trying to determine what caused the fire but believe it started in a bedroom adjacent to the living room.

A state fire marshal's spokesman says foul play isn't suspected.
