ORLANDO, Fla. (AP) -- A man's body has been found in a pool of blood outside an Orlando chiropractic clinic.
Orlando Police said residents of a drug treatment center found the man in the parking lot Saturday morning. Authorities said the victim had a head injury but didn't elaborate. The Orlando Sentinel reports the man had been dead for several hours.
The victim was not identified and authorities did not say whether they suspect foul play.
