The Florida Cabinet agreed this morning to allow University of South Florida researchers to continue with the next steps in a project started two years ago in Marianna.
The agreement is to account for all burials at Dozier School for boys in Marianna. The USF teams will unearth all skeletal remains and hopefully identify each of them.
USF students, using ground penetrating radar, have already come up with some 50 burial sites. That's 19 more than state investigators had countied in another investigation 4 years ago.
