At her job at this Nashua dry cleaner, Bryanna Laplante, says she finds plenty of stray items in people's pockets.
"You find pens, credit cards. You find money, like a $20 bill or 50 cents."
Usually she bags the forgotten goods and pins them on the wall.
But when searching one suit jacket, the discovery was bigger than any baggie.
Here it is... $2,000 in cash.
"And then I reached in there, there was just a stack of money."
Bryanna couldn't resist snapping a picture that much cash.. But she didn't think twice about what she would do.
She wanted to give it back and fast.
Bryanna wasted no time calling the customer and the man who asked to remain anonymous rushed back to the cleaners.
"He was just so thankful that I was honest. I didn't take none of it.. nothing, and then he before he left, he turned around and gave me a $100 tip and said, 'Thank you for being honest.'"
Bryanna was grateful for the cash reward, but she says she only did it because it was the right thing to do.
She says it's not worth losing a job over some money.
"What goes around comes around. So maybe one day I will lose a bunch of money and the person is going to give it right back to me, which will be nice."
