The Bay County Sheriff's Office is currently working with the Secret Service to investigate numerous cases involving counterfeit bills in Bay County.
In one case, the bills, which are mostly $20 bills, were passed at a convenience store on Panama City Beach. The suspect, captured on security cameras, appears to be a white male, in his early 30s, with a thin build and brown hair.
Business owners are urged to pay careful attention to any bills they receive at this time.
