St. Paul Lutheran Church, 1407 John Sims Parkway in Niceville will open tonight, December 21, for a cold weather shelter. Okaloosa County Cold Weather Shelter Program provides protection during freezing weather. The shelter will open from 6 p.m. until 8 a.m.
