Chipley Fraud Arrest

On May 16 the Chipley Police Department began investigating a case of fraud.

We responded to a local retail store located in Chipley.

Subsequent to interviewing store employees and viewing video surveillance we determined that a white male had used another person’s driver license as a form of identification to purchase Pseudoephedrine pills.

We were able to identify the person that produced the fraudulent driver license as Chipley resident Glenn Stewart.

Glenn was out on bond on a possession of meth charge.

The person’s driver license that Glenn used is actually in state prison.

On May 17 Glenn Stewart was booked back into the county jail on felony Fraud charges.
