The Bay County Sheriff’s Office is looking for a woman last seen nearly a month ago in Bay County.
Constance Surette arrived in Bay County from Plymouth, Massachusetts, in May to visit a family member. Surette stayed at The Value Place, a motel on Highway 98 near Gulf Coast State College until she was evicted in the middle of June, and eventually went to visit a friend in Gulf County.
On June 26, Surette left Gulf County and was brought to the Rescue Mission in Bay County. She was last seen at the Mission on the evening of June 26. Since that time she has not spoken with family members or friends. Family members filed a complaint today with the Bay County Sheriff’s Office.
Surette is 5-feet 8-inches tall, about 125-pounds and with blonde hair with brown eyes. She is 64-years-old. The picture being released is an old picture and she is now thinner.
Surette sometimes goes by the name Aurora Dawn. She is considered endangered because she has a medical condition that requires medication. Authorities believe she is currently without her medication.
Anyone with any information on the location of Constance Surette is asked to contact the Bay County Sheriff’s Office at 747-4700 or Crime Stoppers at 785-TIPS.
