Update: Bay County Pedestrian Fatality

An accident kills a Florida pedestrian.

37-year-old James Gladney of Panama City Beach was walking along Joan Avenue yesterday evening.

He was hit by the pickup 27-year-old William Scott Rhodes was driving near the intersection of Houston street.

Rhodes was booked into the Bay County jail for driving under the influence.

UPDATE 1/22/13

Rhodes has been charged with DUI-Manslaughter.
