He's a 9-year-old hero who saved his Dad from a vicious beating and home invasion.
When Desmond Pringley, Jr. Heard two armed men barge into his Tampa, Florida home Tuesday night and attack his father, he took action.
He hid behind a couch and called 9-1-1.
Within minutes of the call, police arrived at the home in time to catch one of the suspects in the front yard.
He's facing a number of charges including robbery home invasion, weapons and drug charges.
Authorities are still searching for the 2nd suspect.
Authorities are trying to determine whether the entire incident is drug-related.
