FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. (AP) - A South Florida judge has ordered a 21-year-old man held without bond on charges that he stabbed a college professor to death.
Randy Tundidor Jr. and his father, Randy Sr., have been charged with murder, home invasion robbery, arson and other charges in the death of Southeastern University professor Joseph Morrissey.
Tundidor Jr.'s attorney said a police affidavit released Monday does not indicate his client was at the house in Plantation when the professor was killed.
He said Tundidor Jr. denies being involved.
Tundidor Jr. and his father are accused of killing Morrissey because he was trying to evict them.
