Bay County Sheriff Frank McKeithen is asking for the assistance of the public in locating a man wanted for exposing himself to two children.

The man is believed to have made contact and exposed himself to two juvenile females in the 1800 block of North East Avenue in Panama City on Friday, April 10, 2009.

The suspect drives a white van, similar to a Ford Windstar or Chrysler Town & Country, with a black stripe, or trim piece on the lower portion of both sides. The front bumper of the van may also be black as well. The van may be one of the four door models, with sliding doors on both sides. Witnesses say the inside contains numerous articles of trash.

The suspect is described as white male, heavy set, with a large stomach. He may be about 30 - 40 years of age, with blondish brown hair on the back of his head and balding on top. The man is said to be soft spoken.

Any one with information on the identity of this suspect is asked to contact Sgt. Jeremy Mathis at the Bay County Sheriff’s Office at (850) 747-4700 extension 2608, or CrimeStoppers at 785- TIPS.
