bombs at dolphins to frighten them from his fishing lines.
Federal Judge Richard Smoak sentenced 50-year-old Garry Alvin Key on Wednesday. Key had pleaded guilty to possession of
explosives by a convicted felon and unlawful taking of marine
Investigators from the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission and various federal agencies arrested Key last year after searching his boat.
