MIAMI (AP) - Authorities are investigating what caused the
deaths of two infants in intensive care at Miami Children's
Hospital.

A doctor with the Miami-Dade County Health Department says both babies contracted infections and died over the weekend. A third infant is also affected but improving.

The hospital and county aren't releasing the infants' names,
ages, or causes of death.

Lab results from specimens sent Thursday morning were expected to be available on Tuesday.
