ST. PETERSBGURG, Fla. (AP) - Authorities say three men confessed
to placing explosive devices in a Lakeland parking garage.

The three turned themselves in to Lakeland Police Monday night with their lawyers. Police say the men cooperated fully with investigators and admitted to being responsible for the production and placement of the devices.

The men are identified as: 24-year-old Matthew B. Emmons, 23-year-old Daniel Worthy Terry and 19-year-old Nathan Paul Slaymaker. They were charged with making or discharging a destructive device, a second-degree felony.
