was fatally shot at a bus stop while on his way to school on
Florida's Treasure Coast.

Police say Torenda Youngblood was shot several times early
Monday. Fort Pierce police spokeswoman Audria Moore says officers
found him face down between two vehicles shortly after 6 a.m. He
later died at a hospital.

Youngblood was a sophomore at Fort Pierce Westwood High School.
A message left at the school was not immediately returned.

Police are investigating and don't yet know the motive behind the shooting. No arrests have been made.
