TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (AP) - Gov. Charlie Crist will join CNN founder and philanthropist Ted Turner and Turner's son, Beau, to discuss ways to protect Florida's environment.
They'll be holding a news conference Tuesday after Crist tours the Beau Turner Youth Conservation Center about 30 miles east of Tallahassee.
The center was created in partnership with the state to preserve ethical hunting traditions and conservation by introducing Florida's youth to shooting sports and the outdoors.
The younger Turner leases the 160 acres to the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission.
