Man wanted for robbing Destin Publix pharmacy

Investigators with the Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office are asking for the public’s help in identifying the man who robbed the Publix Pharmacy in Destin on January 29.

At approximately 12:15 p.m. a white male suspect entered the Publix grocery store located at 4425 Commons Drive in Destin and hopped over the pharmacy counter.

He told the pharmacy attendant that he had a gun and he then took several bottle of Hydrocodone and placed them in a black gym bag.

The suspect is described as a muscular white male, approximately 6’0” tall and was wearing a dark toboggan knit cap, grey hooded Yankees sweatshirt, dark colored cargo shorts and tennis shoes.
