The Bay County Sheriff’s Office Special Investigations Division located a clandestine meth lab at 4742 Magnolia Avenue in Youngstown, Florida on 01/14/2009 at around 5:30 P.M.

Investigators had received information that the occupants of the home were cooking methamphetamine. Investigators responded to the residence and located the remains of a several meth cooks that have taken place at the home.

Investigators located a small amount of meth in finished, or powder form and the two home owners were arrested. Jason Paul Fallin, DOB 04/13/1977, was charged with Possession of Methamphetamine, Manufacture of Methamphetamine, Possession of Listed Chemical-Ephedrine, and Violation of Felony Probation Driving While License Suspended. Devon Leighanne Peacock, DOB 10/24/1980, faces charges of Possession of Methamphetamine, Manufacture of Methamphetamine, and Possession of Listed Chemicals-Ephedrine.

Investigators found two small children living in the home and contacted the Department of Children and Families. DCF removed the children from the home and turned them over to a family member.

Investigators say more charges could be pending in the case.
