ORLANDO, Fla. (AP) - An Orange County judge will hear arguments
over whether the Orlando woman charged with killing her young
daughter can be deposed from jail for a civil lawsuit.

Thursday's hearing concerns a defamation lawsuit filed by
Zenaida Fernandez-Gonzalez, who says Casey Anthony falsely
identified her to police in July as the person who had taken Caylee
Anthony.

At a second hearing Thursday, Anthony's attorneys will argue
that prosecutors should turn over photographs, x-rays and other
evidence from Caylee's autopsy.

Caylee was 2 years old when she went missing in June, but her
remains were not found until last month. She had been missing for
about a month before her mother reported it.
